We have a strategic and future focussed mind-set, complimented by the ability to zoom in on the detail to execute sustainable, relevant solutions. With more than 30 years of collective experience in enabling talent, we are strongly positioned to support you with your people development requirements.
We have extensive commercial experience working with a multitude of sectors including FMCG, Finance, Professional Services, Government and Technology. Our collective experience enables us to empathise with the diverse range of challenges organisations encounter. United in our passion for people development we came together to form Yellow Kites, to bring our 40+ years of global expertise to the Middle East.
We have worked in and led Talent, Learning and Leadership Development functions for organisations such as IBM, KPMG, PwC, Heinz and VISA.
We have a shared enjoyment of working with diverse individuals and organisations, and the fact that no two engagements are ever completely the same.
We have a consistent approach and methodology to our work, and whilst differing in backgrounds and styles, results in a flexible, varied and engaging experience for you and your people.
