Marijke is originally from New Zealand and has worked in the area of executive learning and coaching, leadership development and culture change since 2012. She combines her corporate business knowledge with a passion for people development. Marijke is a business minded facilitator that has a background in sales and marketing for major multinational organisations. With over 8yrs facilitation and coaching experience Marijke has led culture change, personal performance, sales and negotiation and leadership programs within FMCG, Technology and Financial organisations in Europe, Asia Pacific, Middle East and Africa.
Marijke has supported senior leaders to navigate complex organizational change. She is experienced in helping senior teams develop effective mindsets and shape change ready cultures, focusing on the behaviors required to deliver the change and drive performance

Her years in sales and marketing for major multinational organisations has given her a deep understanding of the corporate work environment and the challenges faced.

Marijke holds a diploma in Personal Performance Coaching from the Coaching Academy, UK. A Bachelor of Commerce from Otago University She is a certified HBDI and a Lumina Spark Practioner and is currently studying towards a degree in Business Psychology
When I’m not Yellow Kiting:
I am a proud Mum of two gorgeous and energetic kids and a keen baker. I love to learn and consider myself a lifetime learner, be that learning pottery, a dance move or the latest learning and development ideas. I love traveling, I have lived in five countries so far and visited over 40. I love meeting people from different cultures and backgrounds, I appreciate not only our differences but also how much we have in common.
