Based in Dubai and originally from the UK, Julia has extensive Global experience in Learning/Leadership Development/Exec Coaching and Talent, having worked with many market leading organisations throughout 27 countries. Through her commercial awareness Julia helps organisations and individuals to identify and build the capabilities required to successfully implement strategy and deliver business and personal results.
She has led Global functions and large geographically dispersed teams and been a trusted business advisor to C-Suite and Executive Committees in her subject matter.
With a post graduate certificate and more than 10 years’ experience as a Business and Executive Coach, Julia has coached Executive and Senior Leadership teams and individuals through significant strategic business challenges,

Certifications
Julia holds a Post Graduate qualification in Business and Executive Coaching accredited by Leeds University, UK, and the EMCC, and studied a Post Graduate Certificate in Career and Talent Management with the CIPD. She is a certified HBDI Master Practitioner and Strategic Partner for the Middle East, trained in assessing thinking preferences and enabling organisations to harness their cognitive diversity. Graduate of the Master Trainer Institute, Geneva.

When I’m not Yellow Kiting:
I am a keen runner, although I have to get up early here in Dubai to miss the scorching sun! I am an animal lover and found my dog Buddy, on the streets of Thailand. I love to write, I am currently writing a book about Buddy’s adventures. I love to travel and meet different people from all walks of life – people are my passion, they both fascinate and energise me. I love to try new things.
