Our process
Individual Coaching
- Initial chemistry meeting with prospective coachee
- Understand the initial goals of the coachee and agree upon desired outcomes
- Define the acceptable level of support and challenge from the coach
- Conduct a series of face-to-face or virtual coaching sessions
- Agree steps for application between sessions and review progress
- Provide follow-up notes for the coachee after each session (which the coach will destroy at cessation of the coaching relationship)
- Offer accessibility to the coach between sessions for ‘in the moment’ support
- Offer the ability to incorporate bite-size training/experiential learning and practice during sessions if applicable
Team Effectiveness and Team Coaching
Team coaching is the art of facilitating and challenging a real team to maximise its performance and engagement in achieving meaningful organisational goals.
Team coaching is not only beneficial for board-level teams, but for any management or leadership team, newly formed or merged teams, or those needing to raise their performance.
We establish an environment of psychological safety in order to challenge the group to have courageous conversations. At the same time, we provide the right level of support in ways that allow for true strategic conversations to take place.
- We offer two assessment options for teams:
- HBDI® Team Profile - A catalyst for team alignment, collaboration and productivity, the Herrmann Brain Dominance Instrument® (HBDI®) Team Profile™ provides a composite view of the similarities and differences in team member thinking preferences. Using this information, the group can make adjustments to greatly improve processes, outputs and outcomes.
- Whole Brain® Team Dashboard – A 10 minute, 37 question diagnostic evaluating the team’s operational state and whether they are operating at maximum potential.
- We use the results to inform team priorities, focus, and to facilitate productive, honest and authentic conversations
- Reveals individual perspectives about the team’s focus in each of four Whole Brain® areas that contribute to team effectiveness
- Allows you to quickly evaluate and analyze team members’ perceptions, repeatedly over time
