Meet the team

United in our passion for people development we came together to form Yellow Kites, to bring our 40+ years of global expertise to the Middle East.

We have worked in and led Talent, Learning and Leadership Development functions for organisations such as IBM, KPMG, PwC, Heinz and VISA. 

We have a shared enjoyment of working with diverse individuals and organisations, and the fact that no two engagements are ever completely the same.

We have a consistent approach and methodology to our work, and whilst differing in backgrounds and styles, results in a flexible, varied and engaging experience for you and your people.

Where we’ve enabled

We have developed and enabled talent throughout 30 countries, across 6 continents for a collective 40+ years.  We incorporate all of our experience into the design of our programmes which are tailored to address your unique talent needs.
